I was wondering if anyone else has a problem with skin discoloration, almost like melasma (i'm not pregnant)
I've been diagnosed with pcos and type 2 diabetes! I take glucophage xr 1000 mg, could not find this problem as a side
effect anywhere! Is this a symptom of pcos or do I have something else going on with me?

i also have discolor on my face i dont know what it is my stupid dr said it comes with old age i'm 37..................
it came after i got pregnant and never went away. hormones maybe?

thank's for your reply I'm 35 and mine happend years after my last child, so I don't think it's post pregnancy or hormones

Typically, in a person that has PCOS, and is IR, that dark patches of color on your skin is a sign of IR. I have it too, and that's what an END told me. hth.
