I don't know if this is because of the PCOS of not...but I have this patch of skin that is kind of a light brownish colour....it feels smoother than the rest of my skin. I have one under my breast and the rest are .....mmm...down below but are covered.
I wasnt really bothered about these before but now there is another one starting on my stomach.
Does anyone else have these? And what if anything can I do to get rid of them?

This is a sign of Insulin Resistance. You can get rid of them by getting your insulin and blood sugar (as well as your hormones) under control.
You may want to talk to your dr about taking an insulin sensitising medication like Metformin.

It's called Acanthis Nigricans and as said above, is caused by insulin resistance. Getting the IR under control through diet, exercise, and medication should help, though it may not entirely eliminate it.
