Default sleep all the time

so ive been bleeding for a month and a half now its quiet annoying im completly exhausted everyday i wake up in a fog every morning, and ive just started a new job they must think im lazy...i was wondering what should I do take iorn? vitamins? I have no doctor due to no insurance so i dont know who to ask i do take 500mg of metafomin been on it for 4 months now.

If you've been bleeding for a month and a half you're likely to be low on iron. You can take iron tablets, make sure they have Vitamin C in them too (as it helps with absorption) or take a Vit C supplement too. Take them gradually, too much iron isn't good either.
It could be other things too, I was exhausted before I got my blood sugar under control. Make sure you eat regulary, don't skip any meals and EAT BREAKFAST! lol. But be wary of quick fixes - sugar bursts and caffiene.

LOL i was just thinking about starting to drink coffee, I do have hypoglycemia but I always forget to eat due to always being nauseated thats prob half the problem. thanx for the advice i will def pic up some iorn pills.

hope you feel easier soon i used to be like this years ago, until i started taking a good multi vitamin. then my dr gave me some met tablets.
