 Sleepless without Met
I got really ill just over a week ago that was brought on by Met and made worse by too much Co-codamol
anyways, I felt (and was) so sick that I havnt taken met since and I've not been able to sleep properly
the last two nights have not been to bad as i've got to sleep around 1.30 but the prev week it would be 3am-4am and i'd stil have to get up for work/uni at around 7am/8am so after a week the build up of lack of sleep really starts to set in and yet the 1am sleep's were only cos I had sleeping pills (from a mate)
When I was taking met regularly I did notice I could sleep and sleep and still be able to fall asleep easily whenever i needed to so thats kinda why i think met is the cause of my sleepless night
has anyone else had this when they stopped met or missed a day or something?
