Default snacks without nuts... can anyone help?

hey

i was just wondering but whats a great snack that doesnt contain nuts (im allergic!) or seeds... (dont like them) but is cheap, im quite picky when it comes to food tho.. at the mo im snackin on apples but they get squashed
in my bag at college

Hey Emma,

For snacks other than nuts, this is what Ive had
-veggie sticks - carrotts, celery, tomatoes, broccoli w/dip
-pepperoni and cheese - no crackers of course
-low carb ice cream
-beef jerky
-cottage cheese
-rolled up sandwich meats
-Pickles, pickles, pickles (can ya tell I really like them

You can always look at what is in the trailmix packages... I know they contain nuts, but if you see what they put in them you might be able to go to a bulk food store and make a mix yourself without the nuts and seeds... Bulk food stores sell tons of things to make your own version of trailmix...
