Default Snowbunny is feeling blue

Hello
Im needing a bit of help on the motivation front, following a good month on my GI diet and losing 10lbs I was over the moon.
However having restricted my food for a month im now paying for it as my eating disorder is at the fore front again, i can stop eating just now. Its very upsetting - im using my hypnotherapy cd each evening to try and refresh all the positive suggestions to healthy eating. Im trying to cycle and exercise but this bloody Eating Disorder keeps returning.
I need to get myself in the right frame of mind to continue with my GI plan. Its def a gd plan as this month my pms as been better and period bn lighter and less painful, however the hormonal change at the start of my period has triggered bingeing, well that and prob my body saying its hungry - feed me.
Will keep you posted on how im doing, it feels awful as i sit here feeling like im just undoing all the good i did over a month, but i feel like i have no control over what im doing.
Sorry to rant on and maybe make no sense to anyone, but it helps me to put my thoughts down.
Thx for reading if you got as far as here
Snowbunny x

Hi Snowbunny - I did get that far, and you are welcome!

Try to be strong, think of all the signs your body gave you when you were following the diet. And if you do slip up - its not the end of the world, I had a terrible diet day yesterday but am back on track (so far) today. Every day is a new chance.

Good luck, I am sending will power energy your way xx

Hi Snowbunny, tis all good advice, tomorrow's another day. Maybe you'll reach your goal a day or too later than you would have, that's all, it's not over - remember, hiccups are real.
Hope it helps writing it down and sharing
