Thank you all for your positive messages!
Im feeling a bit better, and eating had improved a bit.
Had really bad period pains last 2 days, woke up early both mornings in agony. Just been to buy some of the new FEMINAX ULTRA tablets today, going to take one tonight and see if it sees me through to morning.

Bn cycing yesterday and today, despite aches n pains, hoping exercise will ease it a bit.

noticed improvement in amount of hair on my chin, considerably finer now and less of it. Cream drying up spots and hope it stops new ones erupting.

u ve probably already found out by i ve found that the feminax ultra can really knock ppl for 6. my mum took some and she felt really woosy ive not had 2 take it yet but i will tell how it goes
