not bn on here for ages, lots bn going on!
Ive done well on my gi diet n lost 14lbs, not losing any more right now but feeling gd with what ive done. Im cycling to work 4 days out of 5 so that works out at 50min per day cycling (and so i quit the gym, which means i get to exercise which saves paying for gym and for tube to work) yay!!
Feeling exhausted today though, my period came a few days ago and usually by day 3 im in pain, i woke last night at 2am in pain and after painkillers n hot water bottle it took till about 4.30am to get back to sleep, im so tired today i feel like i have jet lag. Its still hurting but has eased of a bit, feel brain dead.
My other news is that me and my b/f have broken up, i found out he was cheating behind my back, that was about 3wks ago now so im feeling ok about things now but its tough sometimes.
Also my Dad who is 78yrs is not in gd health just now, he has heart failure, and gets confused due to lack of oxygen getting to his brain, my mum now has to help him wash and dress etc - its hard as i live about 400 miles away but im going to see them on Thursday.
Off to take some more pain killers now, hav to keep them topped up for a day or two until the worst bit of my p passes.

noticed improvement in amount of hair on my chin, considerably finer now and less of it. Cream drying up spots and hope it stops new ones erupting.
