I find that Atkins(low carb) is the answer to PCOS, you follow it properly, in order to keep the weight off, I know it's hard, but this is your health!
Read Kat's story, if you have not already, she was able to do it, and most of her symtoms are gone.
I did Atkins for 7 weeks...and didnt cheat. Only 20 carbs a day. Total. I lost 9 pounds at first, but gained about 7 back. I'm back basically where I started.

Do you work out? you said now that you are taking glucx that you are eating more carbs again, that is the reason why you gained it all back, any diet is like that, you follow religously and then once you start to feel better abot yourself, you don't follow like you should, trust me I have done that many times, just have faith don't give up, keep on doing Atkins, you will win in the end.
HI No...I misspoke. I did NOT cheat on Atkins. And gained the weight back. Finally after gaining the weight back on 20 carbs only a day, I decided to incorporate more carbs in my diet, and I actually started to lose a pound or so.
