I am so happy right now! I started March 8 on met ER 1500mg. I read here that most people need 2000 mg, so I "uped" myself. I haven't had AF with out BCPs for years. I stopped taking BCPs when I started Metformin, so I haven't had cycle since then. Last week I was soo craby, I knew I was but I couldn't snap out of it. Well, I feel like the luckiest person on earth, I just got my period 3 days ago. I just wanted to share- is anyone else in this boat?!?

I started met in January 2003, so it's been a long time, but I agree that it's done a lot for me! It helped my periods come regularly (and not too heavy or long) and also I got pregnant after 10 months of met! (My favorite part of met!) I'm so glad it's helping you!

Glad to hear Met is working for you. I was ever so elated when I got my first AF. I just couldnt believe it. now I have been regular since taking it. And before I would never o.

Yep . . .same here! 1500 mg for two months and no AF. Upped it to 2000 mg and within three days I started!

I KNEW Met would work for me because I had taken it 3 years ago when I lived in the States and started within 3-4 days that time too. So, I refused to give up on it!

SO VERY VERY GLAD you found out what worked for you!!!!
