Diamond - I wonder if I could find a good kick boxing video to do. Sounds like fun! And a great work out. How is AF treating you? I'm waiting for AF......hopefully it starts in the next few days as I'm going out of town next week and wouldn't be able to get my injection. Grrr! LOL

Olivia, Diet & Exercise is proving to be a very good form of treatment/pain management. Usually during af, I just want to curl up in a ball and sulk. But this time, I find myself forgetting she's even here!

There are kickboxing dvd's out there, like Turbo Jam. You can get that series from the same website that offers Si6. I've heard many great reviews over this series. I've been thinking about this myself, because I can do it from home, and go free-hand. I think the impact from the bag has been the culprit for flairing up my joint pain.

I hope af shows up soon for you - I imagine it would be horrible to miss an injection at this point.
