What ovulation pain was but today it's been severly weird if that makes sense! I have a very bloated and tons of pains in my pelvic area almost feels like you do when your about to start your cycle but I am sure I am not due for that right? I mean CD18 I shouldn't be near starting a new cycle right?!!? Maybe I am paying too much attention to this cycle?

So along with the pains I jsut thinkI saw some CM eggwhite but am confused as we used pre-seed last night and not sure if it's left over..Gosh I hate guessing. I guess they will have to just make a decision on to trigger me or not I think I am ovulating seriously!

If you're severely bloated and in pain, you might be experiencing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Your ovaries may be swollen and leaking fluid into your abdomen. If it's mild, there's nothing to worry about, but if the pain gets really severe you might have ovarian torsion (a twisted ovary) and you should go see the doctor. Also see the doctor if you have any difficulty breathing.

According to medline, this can make your symptoms better:

Get plenty of rest with your legs raised. This helps your body release the fluid. However, light activity every now and then is better than complete bed rest, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Drink at least 10 - 12 glasses of fluid a day (especially drinks that contain

Avoid alcohol or caffeinated beverages (such as colas or coffee).
Avoid intense exercise and sexual intercourse, which can cause ovarian discomfort and may cause ovarian cysts to rupture or leak or cause the ovaries to twist and cut off blood flow (ovarian torsion).
Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as acetaminophen (Tylenol).

They also say to weigh yourself daily, to make sure you aren't retaining too much fluid.

I felt the exact same way last cycle when I was Oing and when AF arrived last Saturday. It was so weird to have the same bloated aching pelvis when my body was supposedly doing two different things, but I guess all the nerves down there are connected or something. Good luck!

Chula, I would guess you may be Oing!!!! Last cycle, I was bloated and crampy around O time. I triggered and then the following day was my IUI. I was already getting crampy just before the IUI and then I got really crampy after the IUI. The following day, I was bloated and had some lower abdomen/pelvic aches. Hmmm.....

Ok ladies so I went in for my U/S and well they grew a lil bit I have 2 around almost 15mm today CD19. But I have not got the LH surge so I still have a couple days I think! She said my lining is very nice and thick she said something about that being good? I asked her why (she even sounded flustered) and said well you need that for the egg to implant I was like oh ok well that is good! I know she is not a text book to be educating women but damn! Oh well they are suppose to be calling me back today to find out if she wants me to come in on friday for another u/s and maybe the trigger, if not pregnant this cycle they are already planning to up my clomid to 150mg I saw it in my chart YIKES no?
