Default so much pain

Hi everyone
for the last six months ive been in intense pain that is only getting worse by the day. First of all i was told i had a virus to get some antibiotics and stuff which didnt work. Another doctor told me i had a stomach bug to eat dry toast and rest. Then i went to the hospital twice in excruisating pain and waited for ages and ages. I was finally refered onto a gyno who thought I had Endometrious (excuse the really bad spelling) and he did a laporosocopy which showed that i didnt have it, all that was concluded was that i had polyops in my womb which were removed and that i definiatley have pcos. I was then refered onto a specialist general practitioner and he though thtat i had a acute infection between my small intestines and my large intestines - no luck with the very stong anti biotics he gave me all they did was make me sick!! Eventually he did a CAT scan and it showed i have lots of cysts up to around 3 cm on both sides and they cant tell how many thyere are cause theyres so many. The doctor said theyres heaps and heaps of fulid surounding them and thats causing the pain. Im in intense pain from this - walking is even difficult and ive been told that the only way to treat is tis to take hormone pills - ie duphaston is this correct. I asked if they could drain the fluid and he said it will just come back, but why cant they just remove the cysts all together? I'm also scared that they will burst because ive heard this can kill you. Is this true and is it possible?> Has anyone got any suggestions on what i can do and if my doctor is right?
It wouild be most apppreaciated sorry for the long message!
Thanks everyone!!

oh yeah and intercouse is unbearable (which is putting a stain on our realationship even though my man would never leave me for it) and the pain is spreading to more and more areas is basically taken over my whole lower torso. work is also difficult and somedays i rely on painkillers which im worried about getting addicted too
