I just reconnected with a few childhood friends via classmates.com, and we're playing the 'catch up' game. It's wonderful to speak to these women who I knew as girls, and it is wonderful that someone remembered me enough to reach out, and to remember me when I reached out.
I'm thankful for my husband.
He is so understanding and wonderful. Yes, he is a MAN therefore he has FLAWS, but I know I have a good man, a kind man, and an understanding one. He's not too hard on the eyes either (at least to me!!)
I'm thankful I found this site.
For years to know I had PCOS and really not have anyone to talk to about it was like being trapped in my own private hell. No one to understand what it was all like, and now to have this place to come to is surely something to be thankful for!
Most of all...
I am thankful for my son. Every day. Every moment. There are no words for it. He is just a miracle, a joy, a blessing. We'd like to have one more, and we are trying, but if he's all I get? More than worth every tear I shed thinking I would never have children. Keep hope alive, all my TTC cysters. Spencer has some problems we have to overcome, but it isn't anything that we can't eventually get fixed, and I would not have him any other way... my lil' monkey! my lil' peanut! or as my husband calls him, "Spencer: King Dictator, Master of all he Sees" Yeah, kid has control of our house, our lives, and our hearts.

Oh your son is beautiful!! I love the expression on his face looking at the candle like, "Woah... what's that!?" and then the BIG smile after having some of his birthday goodies! Too CUTE!

I know. He was so cute....he truly was wondering what was going on. He found out soon enough though, and loved that cake!! Your family pic is very nice too. I love your pose!
