Just got diagnosed with pcos...They want me to start Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, but I want to know if it's going to affect my weight or sex drive...If it is, I obviously don't want to take it. Can any of you recommend/share what's worked for you?

I'm on ortho tri cyclen and it's worked ok for me but a lot of women have problems on it.

Suspected pcos since 2003, Official diagnosis 8/6/2009
Symptoms: Obesity, Insulin Resistance, Major Depressive Disorder, hirsutism, amenorrhea
Meds: Metformin 1000 mg daily, Prozac 20 mg daily
