Unhappy Something is going on and i dont kow what it is

Ok well i dont know if this is the same cramping for sure that i read in the above thread, if so im really sorry ladies.

For the past week, i have had the worst, dull crampy feelings, right where the ovaries are, it is a constant dull pain. It's sometimes very uncomfortable for me to walk. but i dont get more pain if i do, just uncomfortable. Besides the dull pain, i have a heavy feeling, like bloating, kinda like i would during my period when i did get it. (its been over a year since i had one.) I dont have any spotting or anything like this.

Does anyone know what this could be?

When my IBS is acting up, i get pain a little higher up.... but the bloating feeling is the same. I Deffiently feel like AF should be visiting but, of course, she isnt knocking at my door.

Is IBS common with women with PCOS? I read somewhere yes. but you cant alway believe everything u read... so i didnt know....

Thanks

jamsonsgurl, Have you been to see your Dr? If not, I would recommend you do, especially if AF haven't visited in over a year...You need to have AF every once in a while to get rid of the lining. That could cause lots of health problems if you don't have AF often. I hope you get to feeling better...

I havent seen her in 6 months, the last time i went to see her, My af didnt come, with the use of my progestrone pills that she had me on. All she did was a preg. test, and of course it was neg. she gave me a script for another round of the pregestrone, but that one didnt help either. So i didnt go back. I really should, but all it seems like she wants to do, is put me on that progestrone, and not try anything else with me

You should definitely go to a gyno. try to switch doctors. I know that BCP's and provera make your period come fast.
