Note: this is also posted in a buddy thread, so some of you may see this for the c&p that it is!
I had my sonohysterogram today. It was a might uncomfortable. But the results were that everything was good. Thin endometrial lining, no polyps, no fibroids. Which is good on the one hand, but on the other hand we're back to "what the heck is wrong with Kendra???!!!" I just don't know. Plus, being on CD 14, should my lining be thin? That confuses me, and makes me a little nervous.
As for my ovaries, I overheard the techs talking and one said "that's a big one!" The other asked a big what and the first said follicle. That's a good thing, right? I'm just confused because I've been cramping for three days now, but I don't have EWCM, and my temps are all over the place. Could it be possible that that's a sign that it won't "pop"?
See, I wish you could go directly from these procedures to your doctor so that you can ask all these questions.

I feel fortunate that my RE was the one who did my Sonohist + HSG. I assume every detail of results should be sent to your Dr. and then you can review them w/ him/her? I hope they have the info needed to answer your questions.
Sorry I couldn't be of much help - but sending positive thoughts your way! I hope that "big" one is a follie that will burst, sending an egg to meet sperm and you'll get your BFP!

Thanks so much!
The dr. will talk to me sometime in the next week, but I just thought maybe someone knew something I didn't! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Well, I'll give this another *bump* in case someone else may know more about the lining thickness or can give you better insight. Good news about no fibroids and such, tho! Whew!
I remember at my sonohist feeling relieved when things looked normal and good - atleast *something* was a positive through this whole ordeal! Oh, and funny thing - they told me to go ahead and sit up when I was done and I said "this saline is gonna pour right out of me" I was thinking... you don't want a mess on the floor - can I have a basin or something? Equally amusing (although painful) was during my HSG, the pressure made me feel like I was gonna poop! (I didn't know what was going on - I just thought AH!) So I told them and they quickly made me feel better that I wasn't going to... ha, I'm not shy with these medical professionals, that's for sure. Ok, sorry to be off-topic kinda, but if I can't laugh at some of this, I will just cry... so better to laugh once in a while.
Best Wishes,
~ Angela

LOL! I felt a similar pressure. Apparently they HAD a basin under me while doing the procedure because I saw it when they left the room. Strange that I never heard it, though!
