I didn't take the suppositories, but when I took progesterone to induce AF, I would pass out hard within about 20 minutes. One night I took it at around 6:30pm. My husband was on his way home from work. He called my cell (which was right next to my head) at least 3 times, and called our home phone (right next to my head) at least 3 times. I was so fast asleep, I didn't hear a thing. He was so scared I had died, he rushed home and shook me awake. It was ridiculous. So my answer is yes, it can certainly make you very tired. Feel better!
