I've been taking Vitex for about a month and my boobs are more sore than they've ever been. Has anyone else had this problem? I take 100mgs a day.

I have noticed that I get sore nipples after o since I've been taking it. This is my fifth cycle on it.

Mistake... I'm not taking 100mgs a day.. I'm taking 1000mgs. So the sore boobs must mean that I'm Oing eh? I'm not even TTC but still get excited about Oing. I've only had one cycle on it though.

I'm going on 3 weeks on vitex, I noticed the same thing, I hope it's good news for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!
