For the past few days I have had mildly sore nipples. It did happen to me before when I was like 18, but it hurt more back then. Could this be that I'm ovulating so late (was supposed to ovulate anywhere from the 18th to the 25th). Or maybe it's an AF coimng soon. I used to get sore breast when I was very young before an AF but haven't gotten one of those in years.
Everytime ive had sore nipples it meant AF was on her way :-)

Mee too. Except for the last two months - no sore nipples before AF. But whenever I had them, AF was coming too.

Now when you all say AF is coming 'soon' how soon is soon. I have also had sore nipples (radiating out from my nipples on to my breasts) but I really don't know if AF is gonna be here soon. for the last 3 months I've had a 35-38 day cycle (no AF for 4 years before that) and I thought that I had ovulated like a week ago but the same thing happened again today that made me think I had ovulated before. AND if I counted out 14 days from the first time I thought I ovulated it would have made this a 26 day cycle. For the last few days my lower back has been really hurting me too. And I am very tired and moody. Basically I think I am having PMS but if things were staying the same and I stayed on a 35 day cycle PMS would be lasting for like 3 and a half weeks. I can't live like this every month. Is there any thing that anyone knows to help me????
I have low back pain, sore breasts, and lots more depression around the time of my period. Prozac helps the depression. As far as the cycle itself, I found that met was the best thing to help me, just seems like everything "works" better when I'm on it. For my back (I have chronic low back pain, but it's worse around AF time) I take Flexeril and my doctor does manipulations which really help a lot.
Hope you feel better cyster
Hugs
Jenny

For me, it can take a week, sometimes more, before AF rolls around.
I have discovered that taking strong multivitamins with Zinc and Chrome really help my PMS symptoms. The last two months (since I have been taking them), I haven't had the depression, nor the back pain - nor the sore nipples.
