Post Sorry, formal introduction

I posted earlier cuz I was worried about something, but I didnt formally introduce myself. My name is Jessica, I am 22, and my doctor diagnosed me just yesterday. My ultrasound did not show any cysts, so I consider myself lucky. They found that I have high bad cholesterol, low good cholesterol, and high free testosterone. I usually have no periods, I would see a doctor about every 4 months or so and they would give me provera to make me start. Each time the doctor would just blame it on stress. My current gyno gave me provera this time and told me to take it on cycle day 12 for 10 days. We are TTC so we are hoping this will be enough. I am about to start a different diet, since all the others have never worked. I considered the GI diet, since have heard good things about it and I cant do Adkins or South beach because of my cholesterol. Any advice is welcome, I really could use the help.
