I have been on Met for awhile. But lately when I go to the bathroom the "pills" come out RED (not bloddy). I know its not the pills, but the shell of the pills. They used to come out yellowish. Has anyone had this happen? Is it something I am eating?
That is so interesting because it has happened to me too. They would always come out yellow, which scared me in the beginning. Then, all of the sudden, some were red. Like you said, they aren't bloody, just red. I am interested as to why they are sometimes yellow and then other times red.
It is probably something you are eating or such that happens to "dye" them, but this is just an assumption. I wouldn't think it would be serious though.
Is it amazing or WHAT that we can talk about this stuff!?

I have had this to I thought maybe gluco. wasnt working for me anymore. Like is wasnt dissolving all the way in my system? Have you heard or read anything more about this? Just curious.
It's pretty common. It is the "shell" of the pill. My glucophage XR documentation says that the contents of the pill are absorbed in your body just fine and that it is perfectly normal for this to happen.
Not sure why it's red sometimes and yellow others. Mine vary.
