Nicely done Pam. Looks like you got a good workout in. And isn't it fantastic to have our dh's be proud of us. Mine has been saying similar things lately, and is so supportive on the time I need to do this, and dvd purchases etc. Yeah for us!
Sounds like a lot of us had today as a day off, or low key workout day. Holidays can be a challenge.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow, and my usual routine kicking back into gear. My kids are home from my MIL's, I've unpacked from my trip, and I did a big grocery shopping. My fridge is full of fresh veggies again.
Hope you all had a good day.
Laura

Hi Ladies!
Just reading about everybody's awesome work so far this week.
I did not exercise this morning, since I am taking it easy for my foot this week and avoiding weight bearing exercise (except for my 30 minutes with trainer tonight) in hopes of having my foot good as new to start running again very soon. My plan for tonight is 45 minutes cardio, 30 minutes legs with trainer and then yoga class!
I'm so excited for yoga...even if I don't love the teacher or style, I haven't done yoga in so long!
My highlight of the weekend was going shopping, trying on, and fitting into a dress that was smaller than I've ever been! The style was very forgiving of the fact that my backside is a different size than my waist, but I was just happy to be able to get it on!
I mean, I started shopping plus sizes when I started high school! I literally can't remember ever wearing a size 12...seems like even my middle school clothes were bigger than that!
I'll check in later, after I've worked out.
Tori

Kat: I hate to be a downer but I'm backing out of bootcamp - I'm not quitting, but I'll be keeping up with my workouts - after all these weeks I still am having trouble juggling everything, I feel like I'm being pulled apart, then throwing in a sick child who refuses to sleep, childcare issues, and beginning a new job in 2 weeks - too many curveballs were lobbed at me to keep up - plus I know I won't do the yoga requirements. I think I'll continue on my own for now and wish the remaining bootcampers nothing but success. Everyone is doing an awesome job!

I just recently found that video, too, right before I went out of town. It actually looks really good!

We'll miss you. Hopefully this is just a rough patch that will end faily quickly. Come back if you can!

Shelly ~ I'd love to hear how you've done at the end of the 90 days. Please post your final results. Good luck with the new job, and I hope the little one feels better soon.

I didn't take new measurements when I started boot camp (or if I did, I can't find them!)
But from my last recorded ones on Spark People (which were the end of February) I've lost 3.5" on my waist, 2" on my hips, and 1" on my neck. For some reason, I didn't track bust (probably because it's not an area where I am especially keen to lose) and I haven't tracked lower belly (which is one area where the loss has been noticeable, IMO)
And I think it's 10 lbs since the start of bootcamp. (I weigh with my trainer this afternoon, so we'll see how that goes!)
Looking at the numbers, it honestly doesn't seem like that much to me, but I am definitely a believer in "how ever long it takes."
The photo album on my spark page (link in my signature) has pictures from earlier this year compared to pics from 4/22. I will update the pictures on 5/22 in the same outfit so I can keep a monthly record of my progress.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: 10 pounds in 5 weeks is a LOT of weight to lose, and the rate is excellent. Over the course of a year, at that rate, it would be 100 pounds. There are plenty of people who would pay GOOD money to lose 100 pounds in a year...

I have a VHS copy of Leslie Sansone's Walk Yoga (it's 15 minutes of walking and 15 minutes of yoga). You can have it if you like (just pm me your addy). You won't have it in time for yoga week, but it's yours if you want it.
Hey Kat tried to PM you my addy but your box is full.

FairLady: congrats on the better fitting clothes! Fun, isn't it.
My AM workout today:
25 mins jogging/walking recovery on the treadmill (my jogging time is increasing)
30 mins of abs and upper body mat exercises
PM Workout Plan:
Cardio Max
Circuit training - frontside
I'm thinking of maybe trying Shred Level 2 tomorrow. Level 1 isn't super easy or anything yet (you should see me huff, puff and sweat). But I'm ready for a bit of variety. So, maybe I'll give it a whirl. I really do need to add a new dvd or two to my mix. I love what I have, but want a few more options. But there are SOOOO many choices out there. Which one to pick? LOL.
