Polly, I like your 90 minute goal. I was hitting at least 90 a day, but since vacation have been hitting 60ish everyday, and 90+ others. You've inspired me to set a 90 goal for every day this week. No choice. It needs to get done. Are you still enjoying Turbo Jam? I see that on your list a lot. | Hmm... your post made me realize that I stopped tracking my calendar at the beginning of June. I had been religious about it up until that point. I bet this is playing a huge part in my slacking off. I really like the visual motivator of seeing how much/when I am working out. Thanks for the reminder Laura, I just printed out a new calendar and stuck it on my fridge. And yup... still LOVING turbo jam. But I really need to get outside and go for some long runs soon, it's been too long. And I need to switch things up a bit.
Belini-- that sucks about AF. : ( But I think the lunch time run sound like a great idea when you are feeling better.
As for a siggy graphic...Cool idea! I'm not really good with that stuff unfortunately. Anybody else?
I have the day off today so I am catching up on house stuff and then I am going to aim for 90 minutes (for real this time, lol). DH got free tickets from work to go see John Mellencamp tonight so we are going to that this evening. It's been a while since we had a date night! : )
Keep up the hard work everyone! Nena2007-- I really hope we start something soon! And of course you are welcome to join in! : )

We rocked it for 90 days, and that is huge. We are the last of that loooong list from week one.The lack of enthusiasm coming through in the final hurrah here does not reflect us. We worked out *sses off. LOL. And I could't have done it without you girls. I'm still trying to throw cyber confetti!
I am finding that I really miss the support we had going. I know I need to be able to do this alone, but I knowing that you ladies were in it with me make such a difference. I will PM you all when I get home from working out this morning. I have a few thoughts about what we could do next if you want to continue on together.
Off to Zumba class and do upper body weights. Oh, and run too. Going to get 2 hours in today.

I'm sorry ladies I haven't been really posting but I am trying to get back into the swing of things. I have been power walking but nothing really extra. We have a big concert festival this week so I have been busy going to see Bon Jovi and Fergi. I need to focus 100% again. I just need more time in the day!!!!!!! Oh well, I'm not giving up.

Yay!
I have the day off so I am going to try and log in some minutes today. I'm still feeling run down/sick (I think it's from increasing my byetta doseage) and that is having an effect on my stamina. Yesterday I could only get through 30 minutes of Turbo Jam and it was a total struggle to the end... that is so not like me. Hopefully, it's just a passing thing, but if this continues then I'm going to have to call my doctor. I might need to bump my doseage back down. We'll see. Anyway, I'm headed to the farmers market to pick up some fresh fruit and veggies for the week. I'm really trying to get in those veggies!
Sprite-- the concert festival sounds cool! How was Bonjovi???

Would any of you like to take your experiences and start another bootcamp? I'll be waiting, first in line

My Mood: Points: 14,734.04 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 14,734.04 | Hey Girlies,
I think it's time we start a Bootcamp One Graduates thread over on the exercise buddies section. Sounds like through PM's that everyone wants to keep chatting, and most importantly supporting each other in the fitness habits we've established. We can set some new goals and keep on rocking with this.
I'll start one tomorrow over there unless one of you want to start it this evening. I'm about to get off the computer for the evening now and plan my grocery shopping for tomorrow. Can't wait to hit the farmer's market. Whoo hooo!
Keep on moving!
Nena, I have a feeling there will be another Bootcamp in the future. Not sure when, but I suspect we'll be up for one in the fall for sure.

I was going to add that in the meantime, you might want to read through the Bootcamp threads from the past 12 weeks. (Lots of reading, I know. And maybe you already have) But there are lots of terrific ideas about getting started, and exercise plans, dvds etc. And Kat put up tons of links to great articles that were really helpful. And it will let you see how a lot of us started out as exercise newbies, and ended up loving working out.

Laura | Looking forward to the new thread! : ) Also, noticed your siggy change Laura--- over 20 lbs and 3 dress sizes!!! WOW! Congrats on all your hard work, you are doing awesome.
Have fun at the farmers market. I went earlier this week and picked up 2 bags full of produce for only $14!

My Mood: Points: 14,734.04 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 14,734.04 | Thank you Polly! It has been hard work, as you well know. But I feel like I'm in control now. I no longer say things like "if I could just get this weight off". I know how to do it, and I will get it off. And it feels darn good! Your ticker is soooooooo exciting. You are nearly there, girl!
OK ----- I have started a thread for us on the Diet Buddies board. Come on over. Those who were with us along the way, come join in too! I know some people fell off the wagon during summer breaks, down-time in our threads etc. Don't let that stop you from working on maintaining,or restarting those fitness habits. Bootcamp continues!
