They are good as the odd treat... not great to be eating everyday..... I kind of got mad that Dr A sold out, and started endoring all tghese foods that arent exactly fitting with his plan... however we are all human, and sometimes need easy convienient foods...
I did not like the Ceasar wrap...icky, I thought that would be my favorite! It was gross.

I have also tried the turkey and bacon wrap a few times for lunch, I really like it. My kids do to (LOL)! They take the drink and the jello cup usually. I have also tried the chicken ceaser wrap and I liked that one also it wasn't bad but I like the turkey and bacon one better. I think it is a good and quick lunch.
it does stink they dont fit into the plan all that well. I gained weight from them and that was my only carbs for the day. They are good but I dont have one more than 1x a week as they make me gain

yes, they are very high in sodium, I think it's because of the lunch meat...hopefully all the water I drink can combat that. I've been eating them like 2x per week, not everyday. They are great when I'm too lazy to make lunch. I wasn't too worried about the sodium, I don't add salt to anything else I eat or cook....

I've been thinking about htis. Another thing he promotes is eating natural and fresh foods, so that could be why people are saying it doesn't fit in the plan.
