I absolutely love the South Beach Diet meals that you can buy at the grocery store. My favorite is the Southwestern Chicken wrap. It is soooo good. I also like the ham wraps, and the turkey one. My favorite from the frozen foods is the pizzas. They are all so great. I usually start my morning off with the Peanut Butter cereal bar which is really good, and it fills me up so I am not hungry for quite a while. I usually have that with water because for some reason it makes me really, really thirsty. For lunch I do one of the meals, and then for dinner I usually cook something. Of course, I am not following the South Beach Diet, but I probably could with as much as I buy to either make their recipes, or purchase thier foods.
These are some awesome products, and I am so thankful they have started making them. It gives a different variety to Weight Watchers meals, and Lean Cuisine meals as well.
