What do you guys know about soy? I have seen a few tidbits about taking soy supplements, and it actually working!!! How much, and where do I get it from?

Tiffani - check out the Herbal Remedies or Alternative Remedies thread, I know there is a thread specifically dedicated to soy...personally I've never tried it, but there are others who have - with success!

The soy works just like Clomid. I believe you can buy it at WalMart in the USA. Health stores should also have it.
