Question Soy

I see a lot of people talking about soy on here, I don't know anything about soy as a treatment, can anyone advs?

What is the dosage, and how is it taken?
What does it do?
I have seen over dose threads, is that a concern?
Where do you get it?

I am truly Clueless...can anyone help?

Stormy~

Default

I just started taking it this cycle. So i'm not sure if its working for me yet.
Soy is taken orally. You can buy it in pill form or powder form. I hear the powder form is quite nasty, so I opted for the pill form. It works like clomid works. I don't know all the details, But it can make you ovulate like clomid does. There is a great thread about it in this forum (I believe) called thinking about clomid give soy a try. After i'm done with your response i'll go and find the link for you. I'm not to sure about the over dose threads. I bought mine from walmart it was about 5 dollars for 60 pills. GNC will sell it too, really any place that sells vitamins should have it. There really doesn't seem to be a set dose on how much you take, but the over all consensus seems to be somewhere around 150-200mgs. Some ppl take a little more, some a little less. You take it just like you would take clomid, on CD 3-7, 5-9, 2-6.

Okay i'll go look for that thread now, I believe its a sticky.
HTH,
candace
