Can someone please explain to me what soy does ? and what it helps i(s it 0ing)?
I would appreciate this as i like to do everything as natural as possibe clomid is my next step!

I have heard mixed things about SOY.

But many women in this board has got positive effects from soy....

Hope you did go throught the first msg by in this Alternative medicine board.
Basically You get to take taking advantage of the isoflavones in soy...(Either in the form of a drink or tablets). The phytoestrogens in soy are though to act in a manner similar to that of clomid

For some ladies who ovulate late into their cycles, Soy has helped them to ovulate earlier
too...

I did take Soy last cycle ( tabs) but after a day I had pain in my breasts so I quit Soy.
But many of the ladies have very positive results...
