 Soy ?
So as part of my lower GI diet I have switched to WestSoy Organic Soy Milk. As soon as AF comes I am going to start soy isoflavones for ovulation. Here is my question 1c of westsoy has 46 mg of isoflavones in it. would it be ok to take the isoflavones in the pill form as well as still drinking the milk. Would I need to adjust the dose?

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon.
Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
