Question Soy?

Hi,

I am still confused as to whether soy is good for pcosers or bad...not due to the proteins but to the phyto-estrogens. I've read that if we increase estrogen levels, then the body produces more testosterone to balance the estrogen.

Okay, how does this relate to hair? Well I have faithfully been lowcarbing and exercising and my hair has been improving, but yesterday I ate a lot of soy, which I haven't eaten in over a month and this morning my hair loss in the shower was more than it had ever been. Maybe this is just paranoia, but could it be the soy? Has anyone else had this happen?
