Sometimes I feel like I am pestering yall. Im sorry.

I was just wondering about something.

I think I ovulated on Soy CD 5-10 on CD 12. Not sure though cause I didnt catch it on the OPK. Did I do something wrong to cause the O too early? Sould I be taking the soy on CD 7-12 instead? Am I going to always O 2 days after I stop taking the soy?

Hi Deni- I think the days you took soy are perfectly fine. Is this your first month of soy? My first cycle trying it I also O'd on cd12 (I've never O'd that early). Now I'm Oing pretty consistanly on cd 17 or 18. So maybe the soy just shocked my system that 1st time. Well, I'm just rambling here, but I hope I kinda helped.

Well, I guess I will keep taking it when I took it. CD 5-10. I will do that this next cycle and see what happens and get back to you.
