Lightbulb Soy and Estrogen

Hi

I am interested in finding out if soy is okay for a person with naturally high estrogen. I'm not estrogen dominant but do have high levels.

I'm thinking of switching to soy milk, but am worried about the phytoestrogens and the effect it will have on my hormone levels.

Any thoughts?
