 Soy Help!!!!
I'm still new to all of this I can't find where I saw an active soy thread. I started taking estroven double doses on cd 4-7 started soy isoflaves yesterday cd8 160mg. today i am so bloated an uncomfortable right size twinges every now & then. is this normal? Help
