Hi everyone, I wonder could someone please tell me how to go about taking soy. Do you take it as part of your daily diet in your food or do you take it tablet form, if so where can you buy them?

Dear Carrie,
I had the same question. There is a thread that is called " thinking about trying clomid? read this...or something like that it is all about soy. If you do a search and put in thinking about trying clomid you should be able to find it. Thanks Pat

thanks Pat, I will try that and see what happens i will also call into my local health food store and see what they say. I am so glad i found this site there is so much about pcos that i just did not know. Carrie

It's actually a sticky at the top of the this board, BUT...

there is mounting evidence of the adverse effects of soy products. Please research these for yourself before using them.
