I posted this on the soy thread but it's getting really long so I thought I would post it here also:

Okay, I think this month I am doing soy. I know I have read this on here already, but the thread is getting really long and thought that I would just ask it again.

How much Soy and what kind?

Also, if Soy works like clomid and they are now giving clomid to men to help count, can soy help men also??

Soy helped me when I needed to help bring on ovulation earlier than where I was at. I was ovulating on CD 24-28, which is pretty late. So I "kick-started" my ovulation with soy. These days I'm ovulating cd 13-17 (this month I was late because of stress). BTW, I did not need to use soy for more than a couple of cycles - but that's just my body.

Anyhoo...
I took my mom's menopause soy pills and took the dosage they recommended on the bottle on CD 3-7.
