Is soy safe to use when you are on Met? I would think it would be, but I wanted to ask you guys...

I use soy milk (just as a milk substitute) and just started met a week ago, i havn't had any issues so far.

Sorry... maybe I should have clarified what I meant... I mean the soy supplements to help with ovulation.
