Unhappy Soy...and PCOS....Help!!

I was wondering how people feel about soy consumption and PCOS....Does it make PCOS worse? Better? I keep hearing bad things about it....But I'm a vegetarian and have an awful hard time getting protein....I have no choice. I'm scared it's making it worse than it already is! Help!!

I haven't done detailed research on this, but I've heard that some times of soy are better for you than others. I've heard that miso and tofu are a couple of the better types of soy.

I am also a vegetarian, and asked my RE this question at my last appointment. She said that soy is very healthy and she told me to continue eating tofu and drinking soymilk.
