Default Soy Powder

I once said I would do ANYTHING to get pregnant. This soy powder is just too much. I feel like such a failure. This glass is going to take all day to get down, and it doesn't help that I feel slightly yucky from starting Met, plus this head cold makes it that much worse. I think I'll look for soy in pill form today. How can I be such a wimp??? Even adding a tiny bit of eggnog doesn't cover up this NASTY taste!

I find the soy isoflavones capsules work just as well. They are very easy to find at your local grocery store. I've O'd 4 times on my own with the capsules.

Ha ha... I bought a whole canister of this "dutch chocolate" soy powder in the hopes of high protein shake for breakfast equaling easy weight loss. (This was before reading about soy for ovulation on soulcysters...) I don't know how they get off on calling it "Dutch Chocolate," it tastes more like chalk with a little bit of dirt for flavor. I tried putting two packets of splenda in to make it taste better, but that just made it taste like cloyingly sweet chalk with a little bit of dirt for flavor!

I think I'm gonna look for these capsules LSGMSU1 keeps mentioning. I am not trying to get pregnant, just kick my body into gear. Since the medical route doesn't seem to be doing much, I'm looking into any and everything I can take into my own hands.

I've got enough of that powder left for about one shake and I doubt I'll be buying that stuff again. Ugh!

I fund the capsules at Wal-Mart, very close to where the powder sits. They taste much better ha ha.
