Default Soy Question--13 day cycle???

I used Soy last cycle for the 1st time. I did CD 5-9. From CD 41-43 I had what I thought was a light AF, and my temps for the month had appeared annovulatory. I had some spotting several days before that. So, I took soy again CD 3-7.

Now I again have had some spotting for several days and now I'm on my 4thd day of what I am pretty sure is AF. It's not as light as before but still a little light for me. This second "AF" came only 13 days after the 1st day of the previous one. So, if the last one was ovulation then this would be two weeks afterward. Do you ladies think I was having ovulation bleeding before? Would you take Soy again if you were me? It's only been 8 days since I finished soy for the cycle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
