Hello all!

I have decided to give the soy isoflavones a try. I tried Clomid years ago and while I did O, I was hideously nauseated while on Clomid.

What are the side effects of the soy, if any of you have had any?

Hello,

The only side effects I've had with the soy is headaches from cd5-12. Other than that it's way better than clomid. No "crazy clomid lady" moodiness so far. HTH

I can't digest soy (like lactose intolerance but with soy), so I have severe IBS side effects within an hour of taking it.

BCP Reset - Oct. 09
Clomid round 3: cd 3-7, 150 mg, Oct/Nov. 09, No O.
Nov/Dec. 09 TTC Break; Acupuncture and natural cycle.
IVF round 1 in Jan/Feb 09....

I did it cd 5-9 and didn't have any side effects.
