Does anyone know if you can take Soy and Vitex together?

From what i've read, people usually take vitex the whole cycle, apart from when taking soy. E.g. Vitex cd 1-4, soy cd5-9, vitex cd 10-end. HTH

Thanks for your help. I just had a look at ur chart and saw u r also taking soy this cycle - can I ask how much soy u take?

I took 100mg CD 4-8. I thought i was doing it CD5-9 but then decided cd1 was actually just spotting! If youve seen my chart you can probs guess that i havent O'd yet... but ive heard it makes some women O really late, so im holding out hope :-)
