Default Soy and Vitex?

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can take Soy and Vitex together?

Thanks

I haven't ever seen an original source saying not to, but there are lots of recommendations to not take clomid and vitex together, and soy acts similarly. I did take soy while taking FertilAid and it did help me, but I think that not taking the Vitex for the four days of taking the Soy might be better...

I've also heard to not take soy and vitex together, but I don't have an actual source. This is my first month on soy and I didn't take the vitex on those days. The verdict is still out on whether it worked or not...

Thanks for your replies ladies. I have been taking Soy CD 4 - 8, so I think I will start taking the Vitex from CD 9 and see how I go this cycle.
