Default Soy & vitex?

Quick question: Now I know you don't take vitex and clomid together, so should I take vitex w/ soy? Or do those two counter act each other?

Thanks,
Carmen

I did a search for this information yesterday before I ordered my herbs, and I found that from what I read that vitex and soy work well together. There have actually been many women that have concieved on that combo. You see, the vitex normalizes your hormones, and the soy acts as clomid, thus allowing the soy to effect you the same as it would if you were non-PCOS. I must suggest taking a suppliment for your CM if you are taking soy. Alfalfa is great and gives LOTS of EWCM!!!! GL

Thank you so much! I was reading your signature and saw that you take 4 soy a day, do you take them at the same time, or spread out?Thank you again for your help.

Soy is suppose to be taken just like clomid. You take them all at once preferably in the morning. One capsule of soy is like one clomid pill, so if you would take 100 mg clomid, then you take 2 soy capsules.
