Question Soy and Vitex Together

Im starting Vitex today and I plan to take Soy CD 3-7. Should I skip the Vitex on the days that I take the Soy and resume the day after my last does of Soy. I ask this bcuz Ive read places that Soy and Vitex cancel eachother out.

I take vitex all month and soy for only 5 days, without a problem (read: I ovulated). But if you're worried, it wouldn't hurt to skip vitex for those days.

Edit: I still take vitex, but now I seem to be ovulating regularly, so I haven't used soy since.

No, I don't think that 100mg of B6 is too much. When I was doing my research on it I read alot of women took 100mg.
