Question Spearment Tea

Is anyone drinking spearment tea? If yes, what (if any) effect is it having? I found some spearment/peppermint tea at the store and have been drinking it about once a day. Haven't noticed anything yet.

I'm pretty sure that spearmint tea and peppermint tea are different and peppermint may not provide the same benefits as the spearmint tea.
I'm not 100% sure though, so maybe someone else could chime in on this.

I bought some last Monday so it's too early to tell. Hopefully some cysters who have been using it longer will chime in with their results.

I have been drinking a combination of spearmint and green tea in the morning and either spearmint plain or combined with rooisbus tea the rest of the day.

Wonder if you can do too much spearmint tea? I thought I would hate it, but so far I just can't get enough! I am trying to kick my diet soda and my coffee habits the tea combos seem to be helping do that.

Thanks for posting this thread. I am going to continue with the tea. Hopefully it will have a positive effect for me as well.
