I am thinking of giving this a whirl. I have some under the chin hair I would love to see vanish. Can anyone give an update on how this worked for them? Thanks.
I did spearimint tea with pumpkin seeds and saw palmetto. I don't have chin hair but just in my overall body hair I did notice it was growing less. Hopefully it goes well for you! Good luck
It is growing in slower for me after starting to drink spearmint around the beginning of Jan. The leg growth has been a dramatic improvement, the chin has slowed down but not as much as the legs, maybe it takes longer.
i was doing good then ran out of tea found a place buy my office that carries it just have to get some when i stopped it seemed to grow faster before that it was slowing down

I have been drinking spearment/pepperment tea for about 6 weeks now - off and on. I think I am able to go longer without removing hair. Instead of everyday, now it is every 2nd day. Don't know if the tea is responsible for this or not.

How often are you drinking the spearmint tea (or how many cups) to see results? I'm thinking of getting a spearmint/green tea combo but am I better off getting just spearmint for a better hit?

I try to drink one large mug everyday. It is probably the equivalent to 2 cups.

Hi everyone! Glad it's not just me seeming to get results from this- I was trying to figure out if it was really working or if I just *thought* it was working.
I switched from drinking the tea (which would sometimes give me a headache), to munching 4-5 fresh spearmint leaves from my herb garden every day. My grocery store sells the plants as well as fresh leaves in packages (which is more expensive seeing as the plants grow pretty fast, so you only have to buy them once).
Eating the fresh leaves was easier for me. After about 5 months, it does seem like the hair is growing back slower and finer. Am keeping my fingers crossed that it really is working!
This is really neat to know. I just received in 1/2 lb of spearmint with my bulk herb order because I like drinking it with my fennel tea. Who knew it would help with excessive hair as well? I sure didn't! LOL
I tried this but just couldn't handle the taste of the tea. Any suggestions on making it taste better?
