Does Anyone Know Any Natural Ways To Increase Sperm Count And Mobility? My Dh Has Not Been Tested For This Problem, But Maybe He Can Take Something To Help With What He Has And Make Out Chances Of Ttc Better Any Ideas?

I have heard of some women having their men take FertilAid for Men or FertileBlend. My DH is never actually taken this and has had a SA done and is fine. But it might work. Keep in mind, it takes 3 months to make new sperm. Hope this helps! GL!

My DH is taking a male fertility supplement too-it can take up to 3 months to make an impact but his SA was normal but there is always room for improvent!!!!!

Just curious but why are you going through all of this if your husband has not been checked? What if you are ok and he has the problem? I cant imagine going through this process without ruling out one of the easiest things first!!! My dr said that male problems are almost as common as female problems!!! Just a thought! I would get him in for an eval!!!

no you can order it online. It is called coast reproductive male fertility supplement. I bought it at my RE's office...but you can get it online.

we spent 10 years thinking it was only me
then surprise we got pregnant (had a miscarriage)
after two cycles that I did ovulate and no pregnancy
my dr. ordered a s/a to be safe
we found out dh has 1% morphology
the fact we got pregnant once was total luck
it never hurts to check, I wish we would've done it years ago
but I always thought it was just me

my dh did 30 days antibiotics for a prostate infection
and he is taking fertilaid for men and vitamin c
he is also just finishing up 90 days of clomid
we go back for a s/a dec 3
some things are easily correctable, some things take some work
just depends
of course the main things they tell you
boxers
no smoking
no drinking
watching diet
vitamins
decrease stress
no hot baths / hot tubs

My DH's S/A came back slightly on the low side and the RE had him start taking a one a day mens vitamin and checked him again 2 weeks later and it was in the normal range. So DH has been on one a day vitamins since 2006.
