Sperm vitamins

Haha, that's officially what I'm going to call what I'm putting my husband on - sperm vitamins.
Can anyone recommend a multivitamin that would increase sperm morphology? Husband's SA was really good, but his morph. was a bit low (they like to see 30%, his was 27%).

LOL! I need my hubby to take some sperm vitamins too! he hasn't had a SA but with his weight, smoking and health issues I bet he needs some help.

I have heard the male version of Fertilaid is good and I've even read that the Extenze stuff they sell is good because it is all the essential vitamins for male reproductive health.

I have my hubby on mens one a day vitamins and extra 800mcg of folic acid, and his #ers went way up^^^. i mean like his was really good to began with and now there throung the roof. Good luck and tons of baby dust

I had to just put hubby on chewable kids vitamins! LOL he won't take anything else...but he eats those like candy!

I would DEF. buy FERTILAID!!! For sure! If I knew he'd take em!

I'm so on board for this. Poor DH seems to think he is super man and that he has invincible sperm, but it's amazing to see how many MEN have fertility issues. I need to get his SA done. Procrastination!

I think if I offer him the mens one a day he would be less offended than if I offered Extenz! LMAO

I've been trying to get DH to take a Centrum since he was in the hospital this past winter and the doctor told him to start taking one with at least 400mg folic acid. He hasnt been taking them so I am taking them just to not waste them, i need to start putting it on his dinner plate but i forget.

Meanwhile i used to only take the chewable viatmins too because regular ones made me sick when I took them in the morning. But i have discovered if i take them at night they don't make me sick. I guess i need something in my tummy.

I just asked DH if he would take "manly vitamins" and he said of course. LMAO That was easy!

Zinc is supposed to help with quality, as well as antioxidants - have him drink red or green tea or take green tea tablets.

I just texted DH and asked how he felt about taking something called EJACUMAX and his response was "so i'll be like one of those guys in the male enhancement infomercials? I think not!"

I'm going to go with fertilaid I think. 28.00 for a month supply. Sorry EJACUMAX, your muscley marketing didn't work for DH!

I've heard vitamin C and zinc can help with sperm. Also generally a good diet and health will probably help too.
Apparently coffee (or caffeine) makes sperm swim faster.

I don't know if that's good or not when it comes to conceiving - maybe if they swim faster they won't survive as long - but some people seem to think it helps!
