Question SPI experts....SPI cd55?

Ok...here I am, cd50-something, no O, no period...I have been taking vitex & dong quai for 3 weeks, and nothing. I KNOW that it takes a while (up to 6 months), and I am willing to stick it out, but it seems like NOTHING is happening...I have CM constantly, but my temps are so constant....Could I take SPI this late in a cycle? What would happen...
Thanks ladies
PS: I am 5'3" and about 225, should I be taking more than the daily recommended dose of the herbs to compensate for my body weight?
PPS: My chart is in my signature if anyone has insight on BBTs!

It probably wouldn't hurt you to take SPI for 5 days but you'd probably have better results if you ask your dr. for Provera (after making sure you're not pg). Once Provera induces a bleed, you will have better luck taking it either CD 3-7 or 5-9.

If you take provera now, you eliminate the Vitex and Dong Quay work of staibilising your hormones. Give a soy a try. Maybe take few days only Vitex, and listen to your body!

Default This question was addressed in another thread

Check out this link from an old thread where the same question was addressed. Actually, in this thread there is a link an even older thread which you may find useful as well.
